With the rapid advancements being made in digital
cameras today, most people can take a decent picture; so you ask
yourself, why should I hire a professional photographer?
My approach to photography is not just to take decent pictures, but to
create great images with each snap of the shutter. I believe that having
a vision; a pre-visualization of the end product and the ability to
produce that vision is what separates the professional from the everyday
consumer with a digital camera.
For over 25 years, I have been creating photographic memories for
brides, businesses and publications. Formerly trained as a fine arts
photographer, my work has been exhibited and sold throughout southeast.
Workings as a freelance photographer, I have had the privileged to work
for such notable clients as Sears, Roebuck and Co.; Northern Telecom
Communications, Northside Hospital, The Warrick Dunn Foundation and
others. My clients have included such national publications as The
Sporting news, Black Enterprise, Fighter International, Ring, Tennis,
and Single Atlanta magazines.
As a wedding and portrait photographer, I feel the timing and fast pace
of shooting commercial assignments and professional sports translates
into a unique eye for capturing those fleeting moments that make your
portrait and wedding day so special.
